Two stellar starters were the 𝙑𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙚 and 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙤. The former delighted with plump clams bursting with briny flavor in a broth mingling Pernod and fennel. While indulgent beef carpaccio impressed with a backdrop of bagna cauda, olives, capers and arugula. Both dishes tantalized the palate with bright Mediterranean flavors.

It delighted with its innovative presentation. Tender seabass and crostini topped with Parmesan awaited, accompanied by red mullet bisque meant to pour over the ensemble. This nuanced twist allowed customers to saturate ingredients to their fancy, intensifying the luscious notes of the broth with every bite.

It arrived cooked to medium rather than the requested medium-rare, though flavorful and tender. However, the ribeye lacked the caramelized crust and rich interior notes that typically make the cut stand out. A worthy but unexceptional selection.

The uniquely long, snaking shape coiled elegantly on the plate, lighting up the presentation. Light and crunchy yet indulgent, dunking the crispy tongs into the dark chocolate sauce brought an authentic stamp to this fun finale.

The creativity lived up to its promise. Unexpected yet befitting accents of olive oil and rosemary lifted each varied chocolate treat — from chocolate with candied orange to ice cream — to new memorable heights.
