Haven’t been to Central for a long time! I had to meet a friend at IFC and we were looking for a quiet place for dinner. We walked pass Liberty Exchange and found it very attractive, thus decided to have our dinner there We ordered beef as appetiser and Liberty burger as main course. Both are delicious! We had a great time and will definitely come again.
