Dan Ryan is no doubt one of the more well known places for American dishes in Hong Kong, I have revisited this restaurant for many time myself but my all time favourite is always the barbecue pork ribs. It’s very juicy and soft, meat fall off the bone easily. The ribs comes with salad and a side of French fries, portion is quite big and great for sharing.
