📍火井火锅I guess a lot of people are familiar with this traditional hotpot place in Sai Wan that has been here for years.Their seafood sashimi are super fresh. We obviously over ordered that day with lobster, geoduck and squid. You can have it three ways. As sashimi, cook it in the hotpot for a few seconds and lastly, add to the lobster head congee. Super sweet. If you can’t finish, you can pack the congee back home and have it the next day. A very good hangover cure. The broth here is the tradition

The broth here is the traditional style. Can’t say it’s strong but it is actually ideal to go with the good quality ingredients.
Another thumbs up to their side dishes, like 椒盐九肚鱼 and 炸鱼片头. Very lightly battered and well seasoned. Served straight out of the oil, piping hot!
