First review on openrice writing for Pirata. It was a nice cozy restaurant. Foods are fine, nice atmosphere, fancy interior.  server  was nice, we were surprised by servers kind arrangement on free bday treat with hand written bday card and instant printed photo.  We ordered the seabass main dish. vey mice plating, yet the portion is a bit smaller than we expected, dinner comes with bread before dishes serving.
