Taiwan's famous for their scrumptious street snacks, so you can hardly imagine my excitement when I found out this shop was serving Taiwanese snacks in Tsim Sha Tsui! Located in a rather hidden alley, it may be a little hard to find, but let's be real - that's where all the best food are!!! POTATO CHIPS!!! 😊 But these aren't your ordinary box of potato chips. POTATO CHIPS!!! 😊 But these aren't your ordinary box of potato chips. Made to order, these deep fried goodies will simply steal your heart. Not only do they have potato chips, they also include sweet potato chips!!! Now, I'm not a huge fan of sweet potato, but I do think they're more delicious compared to the potato ones. 😋👍🏻 These chips also come in different flavours, such as spicy, garlic, and seaweed. A good mix dare I say, and it will satisfy your savoury palate if you're into salty food like me.
Pork skewers - they don't sound very Taiwanese but it tasted pretty good! 👅 Incredibly tender and juicy, these babies will leave your mouth salivating even when you've downed them completely. 😂😂 Apparently, BBQ sauce was slathered on but I couldn't really taste it...
CUTTLEFISH BALLS ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVE I KID YOU NOT. 😳👌🏻 Bouncy with a good chew, these cuttlefish balls are no exception on my you-should-eat list at this restaurant/snack bar. It was rather sticky overall because of the honey sauce 🍯, but gosh, try this! Normally, I prefer pepper and salt cuttlefish balls, but these honey-coated balls took my tastebuds on a sweet and salty journey - pretty cool if you ask me. Overall, I was really satisfied with the service, taste, and quality of this restaurant. Definitely coming back as the price is reasonable, and I'll probably bring some of my friends and family members. 👯
In case you ever get lost, just find Cotton On, and it's along that narrow alley right next to it!
