It's been a while since I last visited Watermark Seafood Bar and Grill at the Central Pier. Recalling from my memory of Watermark, crispy crab cakes and lobster linguini were both my favorite dishes and looks like one of them (crab cakes) is still on the menu after all these years. The current executive chef of the restaurant is Chef Zero Yu, who used to helm the kitchen at Top Deck.
