Since the opening of this restaurant, I was lucky enough to book it before it became a hot spot whereas some criticized it for being only IGable and problems with service. Some of the reviews definitely made me a bit worried about my meal but I decided to try for myself. The interior was well decorated yet I forgot to take a photo of the view of the corridor(I took plenty selfies though, HAHA). The servers were polite from the reception to the servers inside. The server kindly remind us we can take more photos now as there will be more people later. They patiently waited for us to take all the photos we wanted before guiding us to our seat. The view was definitely stunning that day. 
Our afternoon tea set came soon with our complimentary Moscato Rose. Taking into considering for this price to have a glass of dessert wine, one more drink(coffee or tea), unlimited refill of some items and the decor/view, I won't say it is overcharged.
However, I have to say they sacrificed quality for quantity. For unlimited refill, I lot of the items were pre-made for some time. 
Therefore, some of the items that should have been hot/warm were unfortunately a bit cold. The Torillo and toast also lost its crunch.
Out of all items, the best I would say is the Mille-Feuille though it cannot be refilled. For the items that could be refilled, I would suggest the lemon tart. Refill service was quite fast and prompt and you cannot fault them for the quantity. However, I think instead of quantity, they should rather focus more on the quality. I would rather have 1 hot/warm crispy savory than 3 lackluster ones.
Instead of coffee or tea, we decided to pay for the free flow cocktails and this part definitely was great. We each tried 3 cocktails, 1 sparkling wine and 1 mocktail. Some of the cocktails definitely looked quite cute, like the Mojo Mojito and Cosmo Rosafloral.
Tropic Thunder was definitely a bit too strong but our favorite was definitely the El Garden, as the tea/alcohol/fruit/sweet components were all balanced just right.
After the 4th class of alcohol, we decided to try their mocktails and S1 blue definitely was a refreshing finish to this long afternoon.
I think for the decor, the view, the staff and the drinks, they have nailed it as a great afternoon tea place. If they could now focus on the quality rather than quantity of the food, I definitely think it will become my favorite afternoon tea place.
题外话/补充资料：
The below price quoted includes the Free Flow Cocktails and House Sparkling. For flavors, I gave 4 as for food I will give 2-3 but drinks is definitely a 5
