为鼓励食肆透过提供食物份量选择和采取减少厨余措施，与顾客共同从源头减少厨余，环境保护署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」计划，参与食肆如符合评核准则将获「咪嘥嘢食店」认可资格和获发「咪嘥嘢食店」的标志及标贴，以供张贴於店舖内和宣传，供顾客识别。此计划全年均接受申请，申请费用全免。

Very nice to see a vibrant atmosphere on Father’s Day after the lifting of all indoor social distancing measures. I think the staff was a bit unprepared for the busy crowd after a long quiet period. We had to ask for tea 3 times after arrival before we finally got our tea, and it was before it got busy (we arrived at 615 and only got our tea after 630). Their crispy fried eel did not disappoint. But the 烤䡍was a bit skimpy for the price. The drunken chicken was also good. (烤䡍，醉鸡，crispy eel).
