This particular branch of COVA seems to have a much better menu selection than all other COVA outlets by far. It is approaching more higher-end, true Italian fine dining with an over-the-top price tag. Too expensive. Although the meat and pasta dishes here are executed very well. Definitely worth a 4 out of 5.
(All the other COVA's are much worst and probably gets a 2 or 3 out of 5 from me.)

The Afternoon Tea Set meanwhile is a tragic. The sandwiches and canapes, cakes, sweets, etc, are all very ordinary, some even below average. I wouldn't even eat them as a gap filler between meals - its that bad. Coffees aren't that great either for my palate, overly watery and bitter espresso base, and overly frothy milk that resemble a meringue! 1 out of 5.

Overall, 3 out of 5 but in reality, its better than that provided you fork out the money! I didn't think their wine list was that interesting either, felt like a lot of generic/oem wines were blended into the menu somehow with some better known Bordeauxs - but that's Hong Kong! Its all about the profit!
