本来我只打算在个人的social media 分享这间餐厅。其实几个礼拜前我已在个人social media share about this and a few friends of mine had tried this restaurant (as they dont work or live nearby, so they take annual leave for a lunch here!)

不过啱啱见到有人讲到佢咁差，我觉得要为这间餐厅平反！(当然我尊重𠮶位朋友嘅睇法，始终口味是很个人的）

I am so glad that all my friends love this place and they told me they would definitely come here for lunch again (even they need to take annual leave for it). It absolutely worths a visit!!!

I have visited this restaurant twice. So far, i have tried their chef’s recommendations: suckling pig and another day, Wellington Beef.

Actually I am never a beef person and I did have some yummy suckling pig in Spain before covid. This one, it absolutely blown my mind! Literally, i would like to swallow the bones into my tummy if i could! It is soooooo delicious. I asked the chef and the staff here about the recipe and wonder why it tastes so special (好似有孜然粉但系又唔系孜然粉😂），they told me they marinate the pig with cumin, minced garlic and many other herbs!

I can feel the passion for cooking from my conversation with the chef.

It is a fusion cooking style but it is even better than the traditional suckling pig! 皮脆肉嫩，肉汁饱满，食后口腔充满油香！it is sth you must try!

For Wellington Beef, i love it sooooo much despite I am not a beef person! 佢嘅煮法令到肉质变咗牛腩，好好食，充满牛肉嘅香味！

Not to mention their black truffle mushroom soup with their garlic toast! My colleague is a fans of mushroom. She said if Amino opens in Causeway Bay or Central, they could definitely charge us over $320 per person for this lunch set!

For the salad, they marinate the salmon inhouse and it is such a high quality salad!

Amino so far never disappoints me!
