If you’re a foodie, you’ve probably heard of @blacksheeprestaurants ,@fukurohk is one of their many outstanding eateries. Tucked away in the streets of Soho, Fukuro is a lively Japanese Izakaya restaurant. Wagyu beef dices and rice cracker pieces, mix it with the raw egg yolk so that you get the perfect blend of creamy, umami and crispy!
牛肉他他采用和牛粒同米饼脆脆，同蛋黄mix埋一齐真系又creamy又鲜又脆口🤤

Infused with plum sake, it cancels out the extra fishiness of the seafood just right.
浸泡系梅酒既蚬仔，适当地去晒海鲜既鱼腥味
3️⃣ Sushi Taco $138 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It’s basically a huge california roll but wrapped in a crispy shell. The wasabi mayo they use is amazing, not spicy at all!
基本上就系一个巨型既加州手卷，但被两块脆脆饼夹住，芥辣蛋黄酱好好食，怕辣既朋友都可以放心食用🤩

Quite tender and not fishy, but it’s flavor is relatively monotonous compared to other dishes.
嫩滑唔腥，但比起其他菜式，味道有D单调
5️⃣ Crispy Caramel Butter Corn $98 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
An all-time favorite of Fukuro, it tastes just like caramel popcorn except add in the freshness of the corn!
Fukuro最出名既菜式，味道好似焦糖炮谷，加上粟米既鲜甜味，真系一流🤤
6️⃣ Kimchi Udon $228 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kimchi sauce and snow crab shreds, this is a very hearty and filling dish.
用泡菜酱汁同雪蟹丝拌乌冬，够晒饱肚
7️⃣ Monaka Ice Cream Sandwich $58/piece ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Two rice cracker shells sandwiching SOY SAUCE ice cream and jam fillings. First time having soy sauce ice cream and I was surprised it wasn’t salty at all! Tastes a bit like beans.
