What a surprisingly fabulous Japanese restaurant in Sha Tin which offers good food😍 I enjoy the dinner so much. Very nice experience. The cook cooked so well!!!Very full. The first comes with the salmon avocado 🥑 salad 🥗 yummy 🤤 love the taste so much ❤️💖 😍 it is delicious!The second dish is 三文鱼 & 鳗鱼 pancake 卷，very yummy & special one 👍🏻 love it so much. Put a highlight on it 😋Of coz we won’t miss the signature 刺身，有海虾，三文鱼 & 带子，tgt with the 鱼料. Love it so much. It is very fresh. Not to mention

For the cheese 🧀 food, 芝士年糕 & 芝士焗大啡茹 are great too. I like the cheese 🧀 mushroom so much. Must try !!! I gave it a thumb up ~the taste of cheese so strong.
For the drinks , we ordered 梅酒， one is with soda 🥤. One is pure 梅酒。both are very nice 👍🏻
Overall, it is worth trying. The quality of food is good too 👍🏻
