First time visiting the newly opened Hari hotel, we were excited to try their Japanese fusion 🍣 restaurant. Booked 3 weeks in advance, this place was very happening on a Thursday evening before the long weekend. Simplistic yet modern, the restaurant had a very refined and cosy ambience with comfortable big booth seats. We started off the meal with some cocktails 🍸 which had very interesting names : Tsundoku, Suzie Wong and Wan Chai Sour. All HK$108 each. They were yummy and pretty looking 🤩 Then

Then we ordered some dishes to share:
- Wasabi Prawns (HK$ 118)
- Yellowtail Sashimi (HK$ 288)
- Toro and Scallion Hosomaki (HK$ 118)
- Shrimp Tempura (HK$ 114 - half portion)
- Scallop Kushiyaki with spicy miso sauce (HK$ 118)
- Beef Kushiyaki with tare sauce (HK$108)
- Toro Uni Caviar puff rice Temaki (HK$ 188)
- Chilean Seabass (HK$ 288)
- Tofu Cheesecake (HK$ 118)
- Molten Green Tea Cake (HK$ 118)
Our favorites were their Beef kushiyaki with tare sauce, Chilean seabass and of course, their signature Toro uni caviar temaki
Highlight of the night was actually their desserts!! 🍰They were both amazing. Would love to come back just for them again!!
However, their food portions are were quite small.
The price was set for upper tier causal fine dining as it was in a hotel after all.
Dinner for 2 people (with 3 cocktails) was: HK$ 2300
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place for a date night or refined hangout for drinks and dinner
