Hojicha Ice Cream ($20) - very icy with ice particles literally on the surface of the ice cream. I was told to wait 10 mins as it was too cold but it was still rock hard after that. Temperature issues aside, the hojicha flavor was quite strong and prominent so it does have potential. A nice little substitute for those who miss the hojicha ice cream from Via Tokyo. [3.5/5]

Sake Ice Cream ($25) - I love drinking sake so I was intrigued by what it would taste like in ice cream. Unfortunately with only 3% alcohol content, the sake flavor was much too mild and faint so it just tasted like a milk ice cream instead. [3/5]

My experience with their ice cream was just okay but a friend told me that their matcha roll cake is pretty good so maybe I'll give that a try.
