Horrible customer service and mediocre food, don't bother booking here.I've tried to book a table of 20 for my birthday celebration and it's been nothing but a pain. My boyfriend have been calling at least 10 times and messaged them on Whatsapp multiple times asking for a solution - they replied after 1 week. They gave me another contact so i tried to call but went straight to voicemail; so i resorted to messaging them on whatsapp.They said they only accept online booking and for or under 8 pers
I've tried to book a table of 20 for my birthday celebration and it's been nothing but a pain. My boyfriend have been calling at least 10 times and messaged them on Whatsapp multiple times asking for a solution - they replied after 1 week. They gave me another contact so i tried to call but went straight to voicemail; so i resorted to messaging them on whatsapp.
They said they only accept online booking and for or under 8 persons, they encouraged to book under different names and remark the tables to be set close to each other. This is way too hassle to handle, i don't understand why they can't put our names down for big parties. Is it that difficult?
After a week of trying to get a hold of their team I've lost interest to book with them. The customer service team wasn't friendly or apologetic at all, they didn't seem to care.
