Horrible Dinner Service and Sick Server

Went for an early dinner with a friend on a Tuesday night.  Happy hour ends at 6:30 and it was 6:29pm when we told the waiter/manager we wanted to order a happy hour drink.  He rudely said "No More Happy Hour!" even after showing him the time on the restaurant clock, he still said "No!Happy Hour finished!" and walked away.  We should have left then, but we brushed it of and stayed as I had read good reviews about this restaurant.   There were two people serving that night and even though the res

Went for an early dinner with a friend on a Tuesday night.  Happy hour ends at 6:30 and it was 6:29pm when we told the waiter/manager we wanted to order a happy hour drink.  He rudely said "No More Happy Hour!" even after showing him the time on the restaurant clock, he still said "No!Happy Hour finished!" and walked away.  We should have left then, but we brushed it of and stayed as I had read good reviews about this restaurant.   There were two people serving that night and even though the restaurant was quite empty with only 3 other tables filled , the servers were very inattentive.  After a long wait, they never once bothered asking for our order until I tried to get their attention.  Even then, they ignored my attempts to get their attention. We finally ordered and when the food came, they brought the appetizers the same time as the main dishes.  Never once did the servers or the manager come back to ask us  if everything was ok or if we wanted another drink.  The attitude of the servers and the manager was so poor and unwelcoming.  When we submitted our order or asked for a napkin or a glass for my beer, their responses were grunts and eye rolls.  Very unfriendly.   The last straw was when the server/manager kept coughing, sneezing, wiping his nose with his fingers and inhaling his congestion loudly and repeatedly near our table (as we were located close to the terminal where servers input orders).  The thought of a sick person serving our food was highly inappropriate and  not hygenic in a restaurant setting.  The service at this restaurant was the WORST ever in my 5 years dining out in Hong Kong and prompted me to write this review.  I will never return or recommend this restaurant to any of my friends.
