Horrible food and service

The food was bland and mediocre. The ice made the drinks taste like tap water. There was blood on the side of my bowl. The manager charged me extra for a mistake he made. A special drink was supposed to be an additional $4 but he changed me an additional $12. Never coming back to this place.
