As a dessert lover that is constantly trying to “cheat” my way in health, Infiniti C’s cakes provide a guilt-free pleasure by satisfying that craving. I’ve come here a few times and have chatted with the waiters/waitresses and they are very knowledgable about their cakes🍰💖 If you are unsure about what to try, you can ask them but please be mindful that everyone has their own eating preferences and that their preference might not be aligned to yours☺️

🍰Tiramisu 6/10 (Keto) - $88 HKD
—> As a tiramisu fan, I love my tiramisu very soaked with coffee flavour. Unfortunately, this was not my cup of tea since the coffee taste was rather subtle and it comes at the very end after you take a bite. The mascarpone taste is more prominent in this cake but it is not “漏”, which I will later get onto this in a bit. However, I think this cake is still better than the cheesecake options if you do like “cheese-based” desserts.

🍰Hojicha Strawberry 9/10 (Keto) - $88
—> This cake is super aromatic and has a strong hojicha flavour + homemade strawberry jam in middle. If you love aromatic cakes, this one is for you! Personally, this is definitely one of my favourite flavours. But be careful while talking when you’re eating this cake! Your teeth will be black because of the cream~✨✨

🍰Red Forest 8/10 (Keto) - $88
—> Initially, I didn’t really find this flavour special but after having it a few times, it definitely grew on me. The sponge base is a subtle chocolate cake and the filling in the middle is a blueberry/ berry Greek yoghurt filling. Compared to the double chocolate keto and vegan cake, this one is not as rich in chocolate flavour. If you want something that blows your mind on your first visit, I probably won’t recommend this cake but I would recommend it for second/third visits. **Your teeth would also get black because of this cake. Just a heads up!

🍰 Double Chocolate 6/10 (Keto and Vegan) - $88
If you are a chocolate fan, this cake is for you. If you have eaten the cakery’s vegan chocolate cake, I would describe it similar to it but the cake itself is more decadent and even more rich than the cakery’s chocolate cake. The frosting is very thick and bitter- you can tell how much cacao content is inside the cake through the taste. I personally wouldn’t be able to finish this cake- and my friend actually ate half and told me to finish it because it was rather filling and “漏”. I kind of had to use the other lighter sponge cakes to balance out the rich taste of this decadent chocolate cake but in the end, it’s still quite a good cake and you get your value. It is a good cake, but it is just not my personal preference🙇🏻‍♀️

Overall, Infinti c’s cakes are definitely worth a try and I would come back to have the cakes! I can really taste the amount of effort that was put into making them and the people working there are really passionate about their craft. I highly recommend it although it is quite expensive and can be compared to the prices of Lady M. But you really are paying for what you’re putting into your body and that’s the main point of being health conscious and knowing what you’re eating!💗

My only complaint is that the cream texture sometimes is a bit “rough” when tasted especially if the cake is not fresh (eg has been in the fridge for 2-3 days) due to the drying up of the outside of the cream. And not to also mention, when cakes are refrigerated, they tend to be a little wet on the bottom, which is an indicator that they’ve been sitting in the fridge for a while. Though it is understandable as cakes might not be sold out as fast as they are stocked.
