Totally love the texture of the cloth-like udons, the thickness and the al dente-ness. The portion doesn't look like much but the (udon) sheets are filling after 3-4 pieces. Overall, the sweetness is similar to a condensed sukiyaki soup plus whatever meat it is, like you can close your eyes and tell which meat it is from the soup. Very rich.
Tips: 1) Chopstick skill required. 2) Wear dark color clothing. You are due to leave with a few dipping sauce dots on your shirt.
