Chicken Soup RamenThe soup is very rich flavoured but not salty. Because of the creamy base (the gelatin- rich soup gel mixed with hot water) and the foam, on our first bite we thought it was a fusion style ramen. It tastes a bit like carbonara sauce with 'al dente' ramen. While the pork taste like ham and the slow cook chicken was very tender. This is the first time we can finish off the whole bowl of soup! We love the deep-fried burdock root as well, very crispy and guilty! We added the egg and it has a smoky taste. Highly recommend!
鸡白汤拉面
平时唔会专登去排队但呢间都值得排一阵。佢地系你排紧队会俾冻既麦茶你消下暑。第一啖有惊喜,有啲似carbonara,即刻好fusion。个汤头浓而不咸,虽然个面无得拣硬度但够弹。炸牛蒡丝同块豚肉同鸡都好好味。鸡应该系用低温煮法所以几嫩滑下。第一次食拉面会饮晒成碗汤。加左只糖芯蛋,好有烟薰既味,必点。

Chicken Soup Dipping Ramen (Tsukemen)
When it arrives our jaws dropped for the ramen portion. The ramen noodles has to be served cold and dip into the hot thick soup. As we shared the previous ramen before this, the soup got cold n the waiter offered to reheat the soup. Everything is similar the the previous ramen but the thick soup reminds me of high quality Campbell mushroom chicken soup.
鸡沾面
见到个量,觉得好大份。因为之前食左个拉面,呢个汤冻左,个店员好贴心咁帮我地加热。呢碗啲配料同拉面大同小异。沾面个汤就浓同咸好多,有小小金宝蘑菇忌廉鸡汤既影子(不过系好味既!) 建议系将一小撮面好似食意粉咁卷一啖,轻轻浸一半落个汤就够。

后记:呢间一定encore,多谢店员叔叔真系送左碟炸鸡(7/10)同系日本自家制既柚子俾我地。
