The set comes with tea and you can ask waitress to refill for you.
The japanese sauce they claim to use has over a 150 years of history/ experience.
Did I get a stomach-ache?
No, the chopsticks were ok-clean, and we usually wipe them ourselves before using.
Would I recommend this to others?
Yes for the tempura, no for the amount of soba. I might try it again in the future, but just for tea-time and not a proper meal like lunch or dinner.
You should avoid peak hours if you can't stand in queue for half an hour. I think the restaurant could only accommodate 30 or so customers at a time. So be quick!
