Tomato and curry lovers will be in for a treat with the exclusive Hokkaido tomato ebisoba and Sapporo curry ebisoba.
Personally I liked the Hokkaido tomato ebisoba which is appetizing and has a lovely umami flavour from the prawns.
Ichigen specializes in a strong sweet shrimp broth which is prepared daily by boiling incredible amounts of sweet shrimp heads to create the signature Ebisoba.
The ebisoba is topped with diced BBQ pork, hot spring egg, sweet shrimp flavoured tempura bits, green onions.
My favourite panfried dumplings which taste good with the ramen white pepper on the table.
Also had the BBQ pork rice and shrimp rice balls.
The shrimp rice balls tasted like firm lotus leaf wrapped rice infused with prawn flavours.
Currently they are doing a buy one get one free promo on ramen until 20th Dec.
Festive set with dumplings, drink and sanitizer.
During the Christmas period you can feast out on the $128 set with a choice of ebisoba /mazesoba, pan fried dumplings, a selected drink and a limited Ichigen Hygiene antibacterial spray.
