It’s not even on the menu and I actually don’t know how much when we ordered. But honestly I don’t really care cause its utterly delicious‼️Tender, juicy, lightly fried perfect medium rare wagyu beef sandwiched between thin crispy toast = heaven. Another signature dish and deserve every acclaim. Fried till crispy yet still soft inside coated with caramel and butter, almost feel like popcorn, even better actually. And merely the aroma delighted me.

Fried tofu at its best, crispy on the outside, smoking hot and smooth on the inside. But the star of the dish was the sauce 🤩 jam packed with mushroom flavor with slight acidity. I simply can’t resist from spooning them like a broth.

Snow crab meat on the udon almost as if they were cheese on pasta. It was that generous. Not only did they put crab meat on, it was so rich in crab flavor.

Mochi dessert
Dessert was as good as their savory items. Tried their mochi dessert special. Interesting presentation with the mochi ‘roll’ lying on some popping chocolate and matcha crumbs, with the rum sauce beneath. The mochi itself was soft and chewy and taste like Japanese banana cake. When eating all elements together, it created such harmony and balance in both flavor and texture. The chocolate and matcha were acting like popping candies to stimulate with texture and drama while rum sauce brought the right tanginess to balance off the sweetness.
I would describe their service as being very aggressive. On the positive side, staff were very attentive and friendly, proactively explaining the menu and recommending their specials. But on the flip side, they were a bit pushy at times, serving and collecting plates in such a haste. Almost feel like they were rushing us to finish our meal even when they still have plenty of empty seats. Urging us to order dessert right after we finish our mains, and the bill arrived soon after we finished our dessert (without us even asking to check the bill) These small gestures indeed slightly demoted our dining experience. Would suggest slowing down a little bit, allowing customers to enjoy the food in a relaxing pace.
