Bread & Breat makes their sandwiches with the same indulgence that many burger joints do. Toasty sandwiches with quality guilty-pleasure type ingredients such as fried chicken, or porchetta. I like to also tune into their monthly specials. Pictured below is the char sui special with char ju gung'wich with slow cooked pork neck, crispy fried garlic and gai lan flowers, cha siu mayo and pickled gai lan. it was yummy, nostaligic flavor expressed in sandwich form - delicious. The bread again is fluf
