This set lunch is mainly made from ingredients like spinach, Indian cottage cheese, Basmati Rice, etc. There are many types of sides like Indian salad, cucumber with crispy bits, small lentil cakes, cabbage stir-fry, Indian flatbread with a crispy texture, all made to order and fried or pan-fried, Indian sweet and sour pickles, and a glass of lemonade.
🥟 Himalayan Dumplings (Momo)
Its name is quite interesting 😂 We ordered it to try and it turned out to be surprisingly juicy, with the meat filling resembling soup .The spicy sauce added a nice kick to the dish.
🍧 Shrikhand, Berry twist
A dessert similar to cheesecake but made with yogurt, mixed fruits, strawberry jam, waffle, and pistachios in Shrikhand, with a Berry twist. Not heavy at all.

Rich creamy milk pudding, flavored with saffron, honeydew melon, and nuts, delicious and not too sweet!
