Trying out nice cuisines everywhere is part of my life. It has already been my third visits to La Saison but it always gives me an enlightening dining experience. I had lunch and dinner with my friends and family before. This time, I recommended this place to my American boss who wanted to welcome our clients. We all did the set menu tonight. My boss said he was surprised that the cost of wine paring was rather low. Among all the courses, I especially love the sea urchin and scallop because of their delicate presentations and rich flavours.
At the end of the dinner, their Executive Chef Florian came to our table and had a friendly chat with us.
We all had a wonderful night! And I am sure my recommendation to boss this time has also lifted up his confidence on me. I think I must write a good review here that the restaurant is more than deserved.
