The signature tasting menu for a minimum of two pax is a laid-back 7-step sojourn through the delectable classics; starting off with 5 appetizers for sharing, including the Ibérico Ham 48 Months Served on Homemade Rosemary Focaccia; Whipped Feta with Lemon Zest, Toasted Seeds, Pomegranate, and Honey; Caviar d'Aubergine with Pine Nuts, Mint, Basil, and Honey Dressing; Codfish Fritters "Beignet de morue" with Citrus Mayonnaise; and Padrón Peppers with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
