The Le Big Fernand ($95) is the signature burger and uses Tomme de Savoie cheese with Australian graded pasture fed beef patty, sun-dried tomatoes and homemade cocktail sauce. With the first bite, it became obvious that the cheese came through as the main star here instead of the beef patty. The cheese wasn't as strong here while I loved the sweet barbecue sauce and crispy bacon.
