Another signature! The deep-fried soft shell crab was super juicy and crunchy, and worked perfectly with the deep-fried shrimp cake. The green papaya salad and lemon garlic mayonnaise were refreshing and slightly toned down the richness of the deep-fried ingredients. The overall flavor was amazing which just blew my mind.
