laksa : which I start my blog here since early-April, have another chance to taste a singapore-style again (maybe?) when I went to Hysan place this evening!attractive presentation really impressive when the chicken-laksa ($62) order within 10 mins, my dessert is Cymbopogon pandan pudding(班兰香茅奶冻) ($28), soup base : rich in heavy coconut-style, I choose rice noodle but it's a little bit over cooked, deep fried beancurd & greenbean sprout soaked with green veg (小棠菜), taste good & just right size a

chicken , leg without bone is to be seasoned & in deep-fried style, crispy & a little bit fatty!
the pudding is surprising me : though it's a little bit expensive for that size, rich milk base , tender &smoothly cover with the Cymbopogon & pandan's frangrant , actually I didn't like the texture of coconut on the top, so I skip them before enjoy it in a new & spacious food-court which is decoration with different lamps around it !
题外话/补充资料:
~ Curry laksa (in many places referred to simply as “laksa”) is a coconut-based curry soup. The main ingredients for most versions of curry laksa include bean curd puffs, fish sticks, shrimp and cockles.
~ maybe having the effect of msg when I need to drink lot afterwards !
