We had soufflé pancakes and parfait before Typhoon Yagi striked T8. I've heard about this Japanese pancake brand from some time ago, and the verdict is: Very good! Didn't want to get too full so we had a double-stacked Caramel pancake to share. (Their other signatures have three stacks of pancakes). Didn't want to get too full so we had a double-stacked Caramel pancake to share. (Their other signatures have three stacks of pancakes). There was a swirl of whipped cream in-between the two thick mini soufflé pancakes, one big dollop on the side, and one WATERFALL LAYER on the top. Slide the sleeve up when you are ready to eat, the cream would be poured onto the pancakes like lava. There were crumbles of lotus biscoff and we liked that the biscuit taste was able to stand out. The pancakes were moist, eggy and very fluffy; cream was lightweight and extremely milky.

Need to grab ice-cream before the end of summer, and we had the parfait cup with seasonal fruits. From top to bottom you would find: torched marshmallows, scoop of ice-cream, kiwis, oranges, whipped cream, super mini blini-sized pancakes, blueberries, strawberries, and blueberry yogurt. It was delicious and sweet tooth satisfied.
