A banquet was given in the middle of the day. The ballroom sits around 200 people, it's amazing how the kitchen can serve food so swiftly.I had chicken breast for starter. The presentation was appealing, the taste wasn't quite fresh though, you can tell the meat was laid out for some time. Main course was a generous portion of salmon.
