Lobster Central (已結業)

New lobster roll joint in town! The Lobster Roll (HK$138) used a whole Boston lobster which was a good deal for the amount of chunky lobster meat in between the crispy bread roll. There are usually 2 styles of lobster roll - cold with mayo as it is served here or hot with butter which is what I prefer as the coldness tends to make the lobster meat feel tougher. The execution is just not on par with what I've had in the US like Luke's. I do want to try the Crab Roll next time!
