After visiting the flower market, my kid and I went to MK for a late lunch. When we arrived, it was almost 90% full in capacity. We were arranged to window side sofa seats. The curry beef set came with many tiny little side dishes, rice, and a indian pastry, and a green salad. The curry base was tastful but the beef was not tender enough. My son's ramen was not bad. Of course, we can't expect Pokka serve excellent traditional indian curry and japanese ramen, right!?
The block toast is same as before and the strawberry sauce was still lovely. My son's favorite. Both beverages were below average. It seems that I better order original iced coffee next time.
The meal costed about HK$220. It seems that Pokka is making money on its brand name, instead of food and service. Honestly speaking, food from Pokka Cafe is overpriced in terms of its food quality. However, it is still a good place to meet friend and chat because of their locations. At least more comfortable than Starbucks in Langham mall or the bubble tea house in the next doors.
