Wandered across San Po Kong/ Kai Tak on foot, so I was starving in the late afternoon. Stumbled upon this neighbourhood eatery with a welcoming vibe, let’s give it a shot. This trio is absolutely insane, very large portion despite they call it ‘mini’ bowls. Note that they have another ‘standard’ bowls trio, I think that would be great for sharing.
The middle bowl is topped with uni, very fresh and sweet! Plus it’s very creamy! There were 3/4 whole slices, which is highly generous in terms of ‘mini’ portion.
The bowl on the right is tuna pieces and tuna mash, I love it! Melt in your mouth and went so well with the rice. I prefer to drizzle some wasabi soy sauce over, to elevate the taste.
On the left comes the crab paste and shredded crab on rice. The crab paste is pleasantly flavourful and I love it. The shredded crab flesh was equally fresh and you can tell that it is so, because you might find a tiny tiny bit of crab shell. Don’t worry, just one or two very tiny pieces.

The lunch set bento box is a surprise too. It came with a bowl of hot miso soup, cooked with tofu puffs, seaweed and beancurd dices. You can opt for a drink if you don’t need the soup.
I chose fried sesame wings and fried shrimp rice rolls coated with crab roes. Very delicious, and the lunch price is highly affordable. This bento had a mixed green salad with cherry tomatoes and sweet corns, and dessert as well. Today the dessert was cream puffs!
