Skin is not cripsy but so juicy and fulfilling
By far the best dish
Eggplant with duck breast
Eggplant can be quite dull alone
But with the duck breast it definitely increased texture
Vege fried roll is another special dish
Taste effortless and healthy
I think more saucing would be better
Udon is so chewy
With the right amount of seaweed
Everythg ends perfectly with a small slice of cheesecake!
