As we sit down we are greeted with a complimentary serving of garlic bread (of course)! Very thoughful of the restaurant. Tasty garlic butter is spread onto the thiccc baguette - a nice appetizer!
We simply could not resist but to order another garic bread. This time a HUGE mound of spicy garlic is served atop the bun. The waiter skillfully prepares the dish by penetrating the bread with the garlic, spreading it all over for maximum coverage, and slicing it into four bite size portions. Very delicious and very garlicky! 😋
For the primo we chose the snowy garlic pizza. A thin and crispy base is topped with shrimp, pineapple chunks, fried garlic slices, and topped with a layer of shredded parmesan cheese. A refreshing combination of flavors enhanced with garlic undertones - a unique and tasty pizza!
Our second dish is the spicy seafood pasta. Generous portion of mixed seafoods including prawn, mussels, and octopus are mixed with spicy Korean chilli paste and al-dente spaghetti. A tasty combination and brings the Korean twist as well. Recommended!
Overall Mad for Garlic delivers on its promise of garlic AF dishes. Will come again! 👍👍
