- Although it's an extremely hot Ramen🍜, it's really delicious. In between the Spiciness, there was obvious Pork🐷Bone, Savouriness & Sweetness Flavors. When i had half bowl of Ramen left, I started drinking water after every mouth of Ramen. Surprisingly, the spiciness nearly disappeared after every cup of water. What a Stunning Technique🧑🍳
- there was 2 kinds of Noodles, a flat white chewy one & a thin yellow one. Both of them were al dente. Really satisfied to have 2 different textures of Noodles in a bowl
- Coriander & Diced Spring Onion were Refreshing with Unique Aroma. The Deep-Fried Shredded Onion was not oily at all, another unique aroma with caramelized taste. The Cashews were Crunchy & full of nuts kind unique flavors. Even the sides were well prepared. A perfect demonstration of how well the chefs understand the ingredients' characteristics
- Pork🐷Char-Siu were tender with a rich taste & really big. The size of one piece was nearly half of my ✋
- Half-Boiled Egg🥚was nice with half jelly & half running texture
- the server had indeed warned me the extremely spicy level was really hot😛
- Always thought of that Spiciness. A Pursuit of Pain, like SM🕯
