Was craving cinnamon buns and did a quick Google search for suggestions. If you type in “cinnamon bun hk”, Miam Bakery should pop up as one of the top results. How perfect, I thought! Since I was going to Sai Ying Pun for lunch anyway. In addition to the cinnamon bun, we also got ourselves a ham and cheese croissant and apple pie, as well as two coffees. The cinnamon bun had decent flavour and wasn’t overly sweet. Unfortunately the bun itself was a bit dry.
Apple pie pastry was ok, but we wished there was more filling.
The surprising show stealer was the ham and cheese croissant. Hands down the most delicious pastry of the bunch.
Coffee was standard, a good drink to go with the sweet pastries.
