Came here for lunch and was impressed by its superb quality especially in this quiet neighbourhood. It’s a Chinese and French fusion restaurant and the chef worked at a Michelin restaurant for over 10 years, no wonder the food quality is that good. Their portion is huge too, we shared two lunch sets among three people. At just $85, it’s one of the best duck leg I’ve ever had. The meat was very juicy and tender with crispy exterior. The black truffle sauce on the side was also very rich. Even though I’m not a fan of duck leg, I still considered to order an extra duck leg.
🥂U.S. Steak and Foie Gras $150
Not the best quality of steak but the meat was still tender. Foie gras was smooth so can’t really complain much at its price point.
🥂Smoked Egg with Parma Ham and Mushrooms
Parma ham was in good quality with hints of sweetness and salt but the sauce was slightly sour.
🥂Smoked Salmon Angel hair
It’s hard to cook angel hair as it’s easy to become soggy and mushy. But this holds up the sauce very well and went perfectly with smoked salmon.
🥂Blueberry Crème Brûlée +$25
This creamy and silky egg custard topped with crispy caramelised sugar is simply irresistible.
🥂Cheesecake with Vanilla Icecream +$35
This smooth and creamy classic cheesecake is hard to beat especially pairing with icecream.
Overall this meal was a really good value for the money. For sure will come here regularly.
