It’s been too long since the last time having such a delicious 𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵 老坛酸辣鱼🥺 The owner was the chef of the US branch of a very famous sour and spicy brand in China. Since it’s not possible to eat that in China anymore, I have been longing to give them a try. Visited them on a weekday lunch, and it was flooded with people! Visited them on a weekday lunch, and it was flooded with people! And I have no wonder after sniffing the fragrant upon stepping in the restaurant🌬It was so so so good. Ordered a small bowl for 2 right away! Speaking of small, it was actually super big already and we couldn’t finish all the sides. It included some condiments like vermicelli, lotus root, etc. and you could choose 3 more additional toppings. My picks were 𝘁𝗼𝗳𝘂, 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗲 and 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲. All were super good since the broth was just prefect🥰
Yes, their broth so delicious😍 The pickled vegetable was homemade themselves for at least a year. As the slogan suggested “𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵”! Not saying the fish was not good. It was tender and smooth, and the portion was very generous. But the pickled definitely stole the show here!. Since the broth was so good, do order 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 大油炸鬼 for dipping or a bowl of rice would do too😂
