非常用心的本地小店不翻用油，芥花子油。所以食物无油益味。盐酥鸡软骨及地瓜条炸得非常干身。好有专业操守。果然喺系客人角度出发。返咗香港7年，都未食过一间炸物店系可以做得咁干身及脆口。佢另外令我觉得好有诚意系个即弃手套。因为用叉吉鸡软骨可能会吉断支叉，所以自动提供手套，真系非常体贴。I can feel the owner has passion towards his food business.He wouldn’t reuse the oils for deep fried that u won’t taste the bad oils. I’m sure I will go again as I didn’t have deep fried sweet potato as good as his outside Sai Kung.
The other thing impressed me was that they provide u the one-time good-glove with a very neat packing. It is a very detail-oriented service.
