The FCC known for its Indian dishes I decided to order the Kadhi Chicken Biryani, a dish that I don't see very often in Hong Kong. I didn't have to wait long for the dish to arrive, as expected it is served with a sliced boiled egg, a side of yoghurt and curry sauce. The Biryani is aromatic, sufficiently spiced for the Hong Kong palate (though I would prefer it to be a little more spicy), the chicken is well seasoned and not dry.
