本身以为佢系一个普通嘅egg benedict, 点知超级好食! 手撕猪肉嘅质地非常软稔, 油脂分布好平均, 食每一啖肉都有入口即化嘅感觉🤩 两件烤饼都吸满晒流心蛋黄同自家制嘅荷兰酱, 咬落松软得嚟又湿润, 再混合埋猪肉嘅香气, 真系食到停唔到口! 唔好睇佢细细份咁, 手撕猪肉嘅份量都几多(同埋有啲油腻), 其实食晒成份都有啲漏㗎
