My favourite hotpot restaurant in HK😋 They have very high quality beef💯💯 I took the 极级肥牛肉 $248 and 手切牛颈脊 $228 Personally prefer the 肥牛more😍😍 Picked the 胡椒猪肚汤底 it comes with lots of ingredients 👍👍 soup is not very rich but still good for hotpotOther dish we ordered: 韭菜饺chive dumpling|炸鱼皮fried fish skin|猪润pork liver|粉肠 sausage| 墨鱼虾滑mashed squid & prawn| 黑柏叶|鳝鱼eel fish|鸡子|牛脷 beef tongue. I would say there is nothing disappointed me in here
