Kikusan- a decent fusion restaurant in Landmark Central and you can enjoy both Japanese food such as sushi and kushiyaki or Chinese food such as Xiao Long Bao here with reasonable price.As you know, it's not easy to get a seat during lunch hour in Central, so if you want to enjoy your lunch here without waiting for seat, please come before 12 noon. The food that i always order:

Kikusan roll $68

This roll is really good value for money! As you see, there are lots of negitoro(ネギトロ), sea urchin(うに) and ikura(いくら) on top. One dish consists of 8 pieces topped with green onions. Negitoro is fresh and soft. Sea urchin is with slightly sweet flavour but not very creamy.

Pork with Dan Dan Noodles $72

The soup for Dan Dan noodle is little bit spicy but very tasty. The noodle they used is similar to ramen but not the regular dan dan noodle. Noodle is chewy and there are minced pork and penuts in the soup.
The pork has different layers and quite crispy. But this time the oil paper under the pork is full of oil and i need to use tissue to absorb the oil on the pork.
