Very thankful and grateful to be brought and dined in this place again. To be honest, I did not like this restaurant before. However, the food and service tonight had blown my mind away. Although the menu had changed a bit and I couldn’t try what I had before and compare, it’s always good to try something new. The caviar with lobster jelly covered by a cauliflower and broccoli foam was amazing. It was well balanced and subtle. I tried one of the scallops my friend was having. It was special too.

Although the menu had changed a bit and I couldn’t try what I had before and compare, it’s always good to try something new.


The caviar with lobster jelly covered by a cauliflower and broccoli foam was amazing. It was well balanced and subtle.


I tried one of the scallops my friend was having. It was special too. The seasoning on top tasted like the Chinese one we have for some chicken dishes like Hainanese chicken. It tasted like that onion and ginger sauce.


I don’t usually order a steak, but the wagyu was just seducing. It was just right without any seasoning or gravy (well, of course the gravy added a nice flavour to it as well) I was glad I chose the A5, I liked it more fat, more juicy. It was so tender. On the side there was this mashed potato, so buttery and tasty that I had to tell myself to stop eating too much of it for a few times.


The lobster with different condiments (the colourful dots on the side of the dish) was sparkles you see when tasting it. On the side, it came with this cute little skinny fries. It’s just cute to look at, like a mini version of McDonald’s fries. Didn’t eat much of that, had to stop myself from eating too much carbs.


We ended our meal with this refreshing apple tatin, with caramelized apple slices and green apple sorbet. Plus an americano that just balanced the whole meal for me.


The dessert platter in the end was adorable, especially the strawberry cheesecake. The edible butterfly on the top just added more fun to end our meal.


Oh, by the way, I was in love with the crystal glass and the decorating table top flowers of the place as well.
