Trying out this new wine bar that provides a relaxing dining experience in the heart of Causeway Bay. — This small bite was a great way to start. The wagyu beef tartare was perfectly seasoned with a creamy texture. The mille feuille potatoes were pretty good, but personally thought they could’ve been a bit more crispy and dry. The bottarga shavings on top added a nice umami boost.

— This wagyu zabuton cut was really delicious! It had a rich, beefy flavour with a slight buttery flavour to it. Not to mention, the cut was extremely tender and perfectly cooked on the inside, leaving it super juicy on the inside. The chips on the side were good, and I wish there was more of it! Super crispy and hot on the outside and well seasoned. The roasted vegetables were also great, and accompanied the steak well.

— So good! Their homemade chitarra pasta had a nice firm texture, and cooked to a perfect al-dente. The mushroom sauce was creamy, with a aromatic earthy taste to it. This was topped with a generous amount of their freshly shaved black truffle for that extra flavour boost and aroma!

— Served with sourdough from La Viña, this is something I imagine would go great with a glass of wine. It’s got a good balance of sweet, fruity and floral flavours to it.
