Dinner for 6 on 2 separate tables. Pre-ordered half a suckling pig. Very crispy skin. Loved it.Char siu, apparently restaurant’s signature, was nice, but sides could be a bit more burnt. Tried another 2 dishes from the “chef’s recommendation” page:King Prawn with mango sauce and caviar (one piece per person). A bit futuristic for me; but prawn was big and fresh. 30% Promotion with AE card, around $430 per head. Excellent value for money. Also very attentive service.
In summary : nice night out. Will def return to try other dishes.
